Mulgi korbi workshop

  • Target group: adults
  • Group size: up to 15 people. Larger groups by arrangement.
  • Brief description: Overview of Mulgi foods based on the exposition. Foods included in the list of spiritual cultural heritage are introduced. Participants can make their own Mulgi korp starting from making the yeast dough. While the yeast dough is rising, desserts with kama (Estonian national dish of toasted and ground grains) are made. If you wish, you can also order other Mulgi dishes for your meal.
  • The duration of the program is up to 2 hours.

Program cost: 15 euros/person. The minimum amount is 150 euros.
